What types of cars are used?

The Pure Stock division is open to any 4 cylinder automobile having an engine no larger than 2500cc. Cars may be front or rear wheel drive.

Not allowed: convertibles, 4 wheel drives, trucks, BMW, Audi, Saab turbo or supercharged engines,  variable valve timing or rotary engines. No mid or rear engine cars.

How fast will I be able to go?

The speeds will vary according to a driver’s individual performance. 130 km + not  uncommon.

What happens if it rains?

We will make every effort to get your experience in however if not, each participant will be given the option to reschedule a new track date or be issued a rain day certificate to be used within 1 year from the date it was issued.

Do I need any prior racing experience?

No racing experience is required.

Are there any age requirements?

To participate in our program participants must be at least 14 years old plus be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

What is provided?

All participants are provided with a Driver’s Suit, Gloves and a Helmet (with one way radio communication).

What do I need to bring?

Be sure to bring your Driver Information packet that you received when you placed your order. Participants need to wear closed toe shoes & clothes that will be comfortable under the Driver’s/Rider’s suit.

Are there weight and height restrictions?

Our race cars don’t have doors ALL Driver’s & Rider’s must have the ability to climb through a 15” high by 28” wide window that sits 35” from the ground.

What if I wreck?

You are responsible for your health insurance. Damage to the racecar is subject to a $750.00 maximum. Due to the quality of the training and cars, damage is rare.

Events are booked on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your order with your class time for the date you purchased.
